About the Role

-Coordinates efforts to recruit, develop, and retain talented staff across all schools

-Coordinates all HR aspects of the employee life cycle from hire to retire

-Develops and distributes written or electronic material to market the company during its recruiting efforts

-Manages the research and creation of hiring documents, including screening tool, interview documentation, interview training, and other applications and hiring forms, delegating as appropriate

-Creates and schedules various training and training materials pertinent to the school’s mission keeping in mind the continuing professional development of everyone

-Designs, coordinates, facilitates, and provides training and coaching as appropriate for different employee groups necessary to meet current and anticipated needs

-Selects or develops appropriate training materials

-Keeps abreast of developments and best practices in the field of human resources and employee management

-Works with the appropriate people on employee relations issues

-Attends staff and other professional meetings as may be assigned or necessary

-Continue professional growth of method and technique improvements in HR work

-Use various technology for communication, presentations, trainings, and workshops

-Participate in special projects as assigned and perform related duties and key responsibilities consistent with the scope and intent of the position

Requirements

-High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
