We are seeking a self-driven task-oriented person for the position of Customer Service Representative. The right person will need to provide an exemplary customer experience using good communication skills. It will be someone who will work closely with sales managers and team leaders to provide excellent customer support to our extensive network of retailers and consumers. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and embrace new technologies, as well as a wide variety of projects and tasks.




Duties and Responsibilities:

-Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current

-Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers

-Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems

-Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life

-Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them

-Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers

-Demonstrate effective use of software applications, at a minimum MS Word and Excel proficient

-Delivers services to customers in a manner that promotes goodwill. Interacts with customers and employees to determine service requirements and resolve problems or complaints

-Work in a fast paced, cooperative, high call volume environment and solicit sales of new or additional services
